Avaya IP Office

This document is a quick reference guide for users on the PhoneNet Avaya IP Office Platform. It describes common numbers, dialing plans, and other features on the system.

PhoneNet is a hobby telephone network and does not guarantee service in any way. Emergency calls are not supported and users should maintain an alternative service for emergency calls.

We are currently running IP Office Select R12.2.

The IP Office is part of the PhoneNet Coordinated Dialing Plan (CDP) and uses our standard dialing procedures.

Information on how to connect your device to IP Office and access the user portal is provided on account creation. If you no longer have this information you will need to contact tech support.

Voicemail

IP Office users use Unity Connection for voicemail.

If you requested a voicemail box then information on how to access your mailbox is provided in your welcome email.
