Switchboard

The switchboard operator is your first point of contact and can be reached by dialing 791-1111 or just 1111. The switchboard can assist you with reaching other PhoneNet users, or provide guidance if you are unable to place a call.

There are currently three switchboard operators located around the world but despite our timezone coverage there are times when an operator is not available and you may leave a message for your call to be returned.

If calling from the PSTN you may reach the switchboard through the PhoneNet IVR on the following numbers.

For user provisioning and system administration requests you should instead contact the “Business Office” on 791-1199 or through our service desk.
