Network Operations Centre

The Network Operations Centre is responsible for the core PhoneNet network and our interconnects to the PSTN and other community networks.

The NOC is available to other network operators who may wish to discuss the interconnect, or other network related queries such as abuse. General PhoneNet users with queries regarding their service are required to contact Tech Support or Business Office teams, or log a request in the Service Desk.
