Due to abuse our DISA numbers no longer accept incoming calls from anonymous or withheld numbers.
Direct Inward System Access (DISA) is a service that we provide that allows your PhoneNet extension to be called from the PSTN using one of our access numbers.
The caller will need to follow the prompts to enter your 7 digit PhoneNet number and the system will transfer the call to you.
