Office Codes

If you run your own PBX and want to have direct routing from PhoneNet to extensions on your system then an office code is the way to go. An office code is a 3 digit prefix on PhoneNet with all 10,000 numbers within that block routed to your system (eg: 791-0000 through 791-9999). Unlike Hosted Lines, Office Codes do not have any connectivity to our interconnected Community Networks or the PSTN.

PhoneNet supports SIP registrations for Office Codes via your closest PhoneNet node in additional to IAX via ENUM based routing.

To be allocated an office code you will need to sign up for a service desk account and submit an Office Code Request. The request form shows live office code availability from our provisioning system.

When your service is provisioned you may wish to refer to our configuration guides.
