Hosted Lines

A Hosted Line is a fully managed service where you can connect a supported endpoint directly to PhoneNet and is ideal if you don’t have your own PBX infrastructure but still wish to join PhoneNet.

PhoneNet provides hosted lines for Asterisk, Avaya, Cisco, and NEC compatible endpoints and standard features such as Voicemail are available. Hosted Lines also receive connectivity to other Community Networks.

To get started with a Hosted Line you will need to sign up for a service desk account and submit a Hosted Line Request. Details on how to connect your phone are provided when your service is provisioned.
