PhoneNet now operates a firmware upgrade service that allows you to upgrade the firmware on your device without receiving other configuration from our provisioning service.

This is useful if you have a device that PhoneNet does not provision, for example a phone that connects to your own switch.

The service will upgrade firmware for for Avaya, Mitel, ShoreTel, and Aastra devices with more coming soon.
