Announcements

Various announcements and intercepts are delivered from PBXs on PhoneNet. Many of them have a corresponding directory number.

If you hear an intercept while calling on PhoneNet and need to report a potential issue, please take note of the code played at the end of the announcement as this helps identify the switch that generated the announcement and potentially where an issue may lie.
